What is a live cohort?⌄
A structured schedule with weekly live sessions, peer feedback rounds, and measurable skill targets. Optional office hours and private coaching slots are available in most cohorts.
Do you offer refunds?⌄
On-demand courses receive a 7-day refund window if progress is below 20%. Live cohorts allow full refund up to 7 days before start, with prorated refund available after the first session. Full details are in our Terms.
How long do I keep access?⌄
On-demand courses stay available 12 months from purchase. Live cohorts include 6 months of access to recordings and materials after the final session unless otherwise noted at enrollment.
Do you guarantee outcomes?⌄
We do not offer outcome guarantees. Strong communication skills result from consistent practice, quality feedback, and real-world application. Our focus remains on evidence-based structure without false urgency.
Will my data be sold?⌄
